The room was very clean and neat but as far as service goes I am greatly under satisfied. I stayed at this establishment on Christmas Eve. So as the holiday permits I was playing holiday music. I was asked To turn the Christmas carols down. Soon after following request I recieved another Complaint As far as music goes. Although they attempted to steal my Holiday spirit they could not steal my inner Joy. Due to what has taken place I did not receive my $500 deposit back. As a business owner who has referred multiple of my clients their way I am deeply saddened by what has taken place this Holiday Season. Dishes were dirty as well.
This hotel is Amazing! Comfortable beds, soft sheets, very clean and nice decor. Big bathroom with Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner. They have everything, except free breakfast. They do have a restaurant Bistro you can purchase food at inside the hotel. T.V comes in clear. No complaints. Nice staff. Coffee maker in the room.
Worked for Mr Jack years ago,hired me on the spot,good business man.bartended with will rogers yrs ago. Enjoyed my work experience there,glad to see the quality of meals and service there is still 110 percent!!!!!!thanks for memories there
Clean and well-run hotel in a suburban area. Large walkthrough buffet breakfast available in the morning nice workout room as well
Main room was adequate size. Bathroom was very small. We could also hear the room next door very clearly
