Great friendly staff. Staff gives you all costs and options up front so there are no surprises. Highly recommended this AT&T store.
Each employee is willing to help and provide excellent service. Before a person knows what has been done the individual has been provided excellent service and problems corrected and he or she is saying goodbye and the person is opening the front door of the Attached shop.
On every occasion none of my issues could be resolved in the store. In 7 years as a customer that might have been my 3rd trip to a retail store. No wonder Retail is hurting and e-commerce is the way to go.
Visited three times did not get the service I expected since ATT had created an issue. They are just focused on sales an don't seem to care much about service.
I went to a couple of different stores and the staff was unable to help me transferring pictures from my old phone. Chris in the Shelton store understood what I needed and was able to transfer over 2,000 pictures quickly and efficiently. Plus, he held the door open for me when I arrived at the store and when I left. This is what first rate customer service is all about!! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
