This place is a joke. I spent 30min in line waiting only to get the gate smashed on the roof of my car several times and then was told to back up and they completely avoided the fact. they clearly lack employees or managers who actually care for there jobs, needless to say if your in the area go to russell speeders.
Always get fast service at this wash for the exterior only work. Very affordable and everyone does a great job. The detail line takes longer, obviously, but it's still very reasonable and the staff is always working hard and doing a good job!
This car wash is full of quality employees and management. Arron and Dave, the managers, where so helpful when we had an issue and they not only met our expectations but blew them away. On my next visit Jeff showed me again the quality customer service they provide. I have used various car washes but this by far is not only the best Splash location experience I have had, but also the best car wash overall.
great place to go for a full service wash the quality is top notch . I will be signing both of my vehicles up the monthly unlimited.
For $30 they don’t do a great job. They didn’t vacuum the whole car. The doors were not wiped down. I wouldn’t go back.
