First timer!!!! Got the vazzy special it's a pasta with chicken shrimp and broccoli in a garlic olive oil mixture, substituted penne for linguini so idk if that makes a difference but the chicken was under cooked, didn't bother trying the shrimp or broccoli cause the noodles were so dry I was turned off. No flavor, seasoning, nothing!!! Did I mention garlic?? No garlic!! decided to try and add parmesan but it was so caked in the holes of the shaker, fancy looking place like vazzy I thought they use shredded parmesan...needless to say I returned my $21 plate and enjoyed the fresh baked bread. The calamari app was under cooked as well, breading was perfect but without the dipping sauce and lemon this too would have had no flavor, needless to say I paid $8 to eat four calamari that I did share with two others. The waitress was nice. We were a party of 7. Five plates came out, waited five mins for the rest, and still didn't get the sprite until after all the food came. I was so excited to try this place since I heard great things but ill never go again. I know that the Caesar salad with a side of salmon added on top looked delicious and my friend said it was wonderful. The vodka penne to me tasted like ravioli sauce from the can. Idk if I'm just not used to Italian foods from a restaurant or because I cook I'm criticizing everything. I'm far from a picky eater but this experience was horrible. My friend didn't even eat half her dessert and it was a canoli lol. Other than that, clean and inviting atmosphere, and had a party area where you can play music and dance. Convenient location. Little pricey.
Went with a group from work (16) and had a great time. Good food, good service and the drinks kept coming. Happy holidays.
Beautiful Restaurant and Great Service!! Food was good, but not great. I have had better at other Vazzy's, but I would surely go back again.
I received a $25 coupon in the mail to try this place out. We sat in the bar on a Saturday and the place was fairly crowded. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was trendy but the service was super slow. We felt like we were forgotten by our waitress (hence, only 4 stars). Overall I was satisfied and would recommend to others.
We had a huge group from a wake service. Buffet style where no tray got even close to being empty before they had another tray to replace it. The food was excellent chicken was moist and melted in your mouth. The beef tender tips were butter knife cut-able and the flavor perfect. Service was spot on. Impressive with the huge group we had. Bravo.
